WHO WE ARE
Luoyang Qiming Superhard Material Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, which is specialized in the R&D, production and sales of cubic press. Qiming located in luoxin Industrial Area, covers an area of 100,000㎡, annual output 500 sets of large size intelligent cubic press.
With nearly 20 years’ development, Qiming owns a number of cubic press design and manufacturing patents, which is able to provide professional cubic press to meet customers’ multiple process requirements on all kinds of superhard materials. At the same time, the company produces 150,000 carats of rough diamonds annually.
At the same time, thecompany produces 300,000 carats of rough diamonds annually.

Qiming proposed the preconception idea of the press piston center of gravity, which improves the stability and accuracy of the cubic press greatly . |
2021
|
Qiming completed the establishment of a production base with cubic press 30 sets, which indicates that the company has the service capability of a series of "turnkey projects" from factory design, equipment installation to superhard material production. the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) developed jointly, ensure the stability of the long process. |
2020
|
Qiming will accomplish cubic press industrial design, pursue intelligent press gradually, and expect to achieve sales of cubic press 3500 sets. |
2016
|
Qiming optimized the structure of hinge beam and adjusted original materials’ proportion of alloying element and heat treatment process, which enhanced the overall rigidity of cubic press. At the same time, exports extended to Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. |
2013
|
Qiming introduced honing technology and Ukraine Hauck energy trundle processing, which solved common problem--piston scratch cylinder. |
2010
|
Qiming researched and developed non-vat cubic press with independent intellectual property. Finite element analysis was used to improve structure of hinge beam. Various types of cubic press like QMWG650, QMWG700,QMYG650 and QMYG700 were sold in domestic and abroad. |
2003
|
Qiming first proposed the hollow concept on shaft and piston, which promoted press's performance to a new level as well as reduced manufacturing cost. Exports achieved zero breakthrough. |
1999
|
Qiming designed and manufactured the most advanced cubic press at that time-QMYG420, and 120 sets of cubic press were used to produce diamond and PDC. |

WHY QIMING
Qiming has more than 20 years experience;own professional R&D team; own all models of vat silence cubic press design technology and intellectual property right from 420—1000 mm, has declared and authorized 4 invention patents and 19 utility model patents, the success of 15 patents only in 2016, 2017 two years, and a number of patent are in applications; cubic press has passed CE certification and QC system certification ISO9001-2008.
HPHT
In the HPHT method, there are three main press designs used to supply the pressure and temperature necessary to produce synthetic diamond: the belt press, the cubic press and the split-sphere (BARS) press.
