We can calculate that, with full production capacity, they produce 24 synthetic blocks per day, each block weighing between 600 to 800 carats, resulting in a daily production of 48,000 carats of diamonds. Calculated for 11 months a year, each equipment can produce 5.64 million carats annually. The six sets of equipment can produce approximately 33.84 million carats per year.
What would happen if we invested the same amount of 300 million yuan now? The main equipment investment of 220 million yuan can obtain about 150 sets of Φ700mm cylinder diameter presses (already matched). Including land and other supporting equipment, a total investment of 80 million yuan is required. With a 40-minute synthesis process and an average output of around 300 carats per block, 30 to 35 synthetic blocks can be produced per day. Each press should synthesize around 9,600 carats per day, and the annual production is 11 months. A single machine can produce more than 3 million carats per year. The annual output of 150 presses should reach 450 million carats. It should be noted that if 20/25, 25/30, and 30/40 diamonds are produced, the output will decrease slightly. From the above data, the difference between the two is almost 13 times. With such a high input-output ratio, we have full confidence that the chance of the two-sided cubic press turning over is very, very small from now on.
